We hope you love your April Coast order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Please review our return and refund policy below before requesting a return.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition in which it was received
Purchased directly from April Coast

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used gel nail wraps are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@aprilcoast.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error by April Coast.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. April Coast is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@aprilcoast.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Please keep the item and its original packaging while your request is being reviewed.

Once we review your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Opened or Used Products

Because gel nail wraps are personal-use beauty products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, applied, used, altered, or otherwise removed from their original condition, except where required by applicable law.

Results can vary depending on nail preparation, application, curing, nail condition, daily activities, and other factors. Normal wear, application issues, improper use, or personal preference are not considered product defects.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Exchanges

At this time, April Coast does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different design or product, you may return an eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at hello@aprilcoast.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through April Coast.

If you purchase an April Coast product through another retailer, marketplace, or third-party platform, returns and refunds may be subject to that seller or platform's return policy.
