How to Apply
01 PREP
A great set starts with good prep.
Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back your cuticles and make sure the nail surface is free of oils, lotion, or residue before applying your wraps.
For best results, avoid applying hand cream or cuticle oil immediately before application.
Tip
Take a little extra time on prep. A clean nail surface helps your wraps adhere properly and can help you get the best possible wear.
02 FIND YOUR FIT
Find the strip that fits just right.
Compare the strips to your nail and choose the size that best fits from sidewall to sidewall.
If you're between sizes, choose the slightly smaller strip rather than one that overlaps onto your skin or cuticle.
TIP
Your wrap should sit completely on the nail plate without touching the surrounding skin or cuticle.
03 PEEL & APPLY
Now for the fun part.
Carefully peel the gel strip from the sheet and place it slightly above your cuticle.
Once positioned, smooth the strip firmly over your nail, working from the center outward. Press along the sides and edges to create a smooth, secure fit.
TIP
Try not to reposition the strip repeatedly once you've pressed it down. Getting your placement right before fully smoothing it can help create a cleaner finish.
04 TRIM & SHAPE
Time to make it yours.
Trim away the excess strip, leaving enough to comfortably finish shaping the edge.
Gently file away any remaining excess to follow the natural shape of your nail.
TIP
For the cleanest finish, take your time around the free edge and make sure no excess wrap extends beyond the nail before curing.
05 CURE
Set it and shine. ✨
Place your nails under a compatible UV/LED nail lamp and cure according to the instructions provided with your April Coast product.
Make sure the entire nail is positioned under the light so the gel can cure properly.

06 DONE!
And just like that... fresh nails.
Take a look at your edges, make any final shaping adjustments if needed, and enjoy your new April Coast set.

Make Your Set Last
A few little things can make a big difference.
Start clean.
Oil, lotion, and residue can interfere with adhesion, so begin with clean, completely dry nails.
Keep it off your skin.
Choose a strip that fits entirely on your nail plate without overlapping your cuticle or surrounding skin.
Secure those edges.
Before curing, smooth the strip firmly around the sides and free edge of your nail.
Cure completely.
Follow the curing instructions for your product and make sure each nail receives proper exposure to the UV/LED light.
Be kind to your nails.
Your nails are jewels, not tools. Avoid using them to pry, scrape, or open things whenever possible.
