Statements regarding wear time, including references to products lasting “up to 14 days,” describe potential product performance under appropriate application and wear conditions and are not a guarantee that every application will last for that period.

We may modify or discontinue products, designs, packaging, prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

3. Product Use

April Coast products should be used according to the instructions provided with the product or made available through our website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following product instructions, warnings, and recommended application and removal procedures.

Do not use a product if you know or suspect that you are sensitive or allergic to any of its ingredients or materials.

Discontinue use if you experience irritation, discomfort, redness, swelling, or another unexpected reaction and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.

April Coast products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Nothing on our website should be considered medical advice.

4. UV/LED Lamp Use

Certain April Coast products require curing using a compatible UV/LED nail lamp.

Customers may use an April Coast lamp or another compatible lamp where appropriate. Performance may vary depending on the lamp, curing time, application technique, and other factors.

Always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the lamp and nail product being used.

April Coast is not responsible for the performance, condition, compatibility, or safety of third-party equipment or products used with April Coast products.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it.

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, cancel, or limit an order, including orders that appear to involve fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or inventory errors, suspected resale, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that reasonably warrant cancellation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information.

Gel nail wraps and similar nail products are personal-use beauty products.

For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened, applied, used, altered, or otherwise ineligible products may not qualify for return or refund as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, availability, or other information.

Wear time, adhesion, finish, fit, curing, and removal can be affected by factors including nail preparation, natural nail condition, application technique, sizing, curing equipment, environmental conditions, exposure to water or chemicals, and daily activities.

Examples, photographs, testimonials, demonstrations, or customer experiences are illustrative and do not guarantee that every customer will experience identical results.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
